Quality Assurance & Food Safety

Uncompromising Cold Chain Integrity and Certified Global Sanitary Compliance

Strict Controls Directly at Origin (Ecuador)

For Food Experts, food safety and cold chain integrity are the foundations of our global commercial relations. Our dedicated Quality Assurance (QA) inspectors manage and audit every production batch directly at the processing plants in Ecuador.

From raw material reception to final container loading, we enforce strict Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and preventive control systems (HACCP) to guarantee absolute compliance with the public health regulations of key importing nations.

Cold Chain Integrity & Full Traceability

To preserve the natural texture, color, and nutritional value of our seafood, we maintain a strict, uninterrupted cold chain protocol at -18°C (-0.4°F) or lower. Every shipping container is equipped with digital temperature dataloggers, providing our clients with complete traceability reports from our facilities in Ecuador to their final port of entry (harvest origin, processing dates, batch numbers, and temperature logs).
